The team at 1208 Gordon Street has established a 35-unit luxury condominium project. Plans call for twenty-one studio, nine one-bedroom, and five two-bedroom units, totaling thirty-five units among six floors with an estimated 30,186 total gross square-footage.

COMPANY HISTORY

Founded in 1995 as an online internet-based gaming company Casino Builders.com, Inc. developed in the heart of the internet, website, and dot com boom we were ahead of the curve. The company evolved to become Proxity, Inc.in 1999 just before the dot com crash of 2000-2003, developing websites and data collection systems utilized by many nationally known companies.

Like many other companies in early 2000’s, the dot com crash hit the company particularly hard. To offset the impact of the dot com crash, the company entered the energy sector specializing in redevelopment of dormant oil and gas wells utilizing new technology and remote monitoring systems. Revitalizing lost production and expanding into disposing of oil and gas waste water byproducts launching CAVU Resources, Inc. in 2009.

Seeking an opportunity to return to its technology roots, the company acquired Soku, originally designed as a social networking app for cannabis users, and appointed Bob Silver as CEO. Under his leadership the company acquired an innovative builder, Sinacori Builders that added $10 Million a year in revenue, changed Soku’s technology and mission to be community oriented as opposed to cannabis oriented, and focused the company on innovation and disruptive technology as the foundation for the company’s future and shareholder value.

When Kevin Vincent Cox, Bob Silver, and Russ Sinacori met one thing became clear – an incredible opportunity to build something far beyond what the company founders could have imagined back in 1995 existed.

Shortly after these meetings, the wheels were set in motion to achieve an unusual level of success with Bob Silver transitioning to Executive Chairman, Kevin Vincent Cox stepping in as Chief Executive Officer, and Russ Sinacori taking the helm as President and Chief Operating Officer.

The vision was cast, the mission agreed to, and in lightning speed the Real Estate Development and Technology Platforms were established with 7 Letters of Intent executed to add new companies to the platforms.

Grant Edwards was brought in to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and the company is on track to up-list to OTC QB and the company has retained an investment banker with the aim of closing quickly on the 7 acquisitions in the queue.

We have a solid plan, a strong management team in place, and a noble mission: to build lives, not just places to live™. We will succeed, and in doing so, we will maximize shareholder value.
